I know a lady (?) who bragged to a friend of hers (over the phone) how she used her ex-husband's toothbrush to clean the toilet (as their marriage was dissolving).
I found this a bit disarming, to say the least.
It wasn't long before I stopped working for her.
Who knows what might have happened if I ever got on her "bad" side.

His "illuminating" and emotionally-removed approach is something I've found profoundly distasteful for quite some time - like some kind of elder's inquisition-on-line (how de ja vu it is). I guess he'll start up again, under a different name or something. Oh, well. I agree, daystar. I am excited to see that my first 'work unit' will be complete in another 5 hours. It ran all night last night while we slept. If it makes a difference, that would be wonderful, although I'm clueless as to what p.1400-something on strata polyqbeta whatever is . . . if it advances science and helps find cures, I'm all for it. Thanks again! I've been sharing this info with some friends and they are signing up, too.

well, that's almost exciting.
hey everybody.. as you may or may not know, i moved from philly to phoenix exactly one year ago because of a job transfer.
i really love it here in the phx.
it feels like home.. if you're in the usa, philadelphia has been getting a lot of negative press regarding the murders that are occurring lately.
I am very sorry for your loss. That's a very sad experience for you and your family regarding your cousin's death and the circumstances where he was left for such a long time. That's a very hard thing to face.
I hope that your dad's prostate cancer is in early stages, because it's usually very treatable then; I am sorry he is going through this. Best wishes to him and to you; and condolences.
